“Per il prezzo pagato (34 dollari circa una stanza in due ospiti) non ci aspettavamo chissà quale qualità e pulizia ma, tutto sommato, una notte là si può trascorrere. Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“Hard to find because the sign still says Four Points, foyer was dark and front desk unoccupied at 5pm. There is no Restaurant, Breakfast was horrible with everything cooked to death or empty. Even coffee urns were empty..
Hotel was clean, cheap and close to airport. Everything else needs a lot of attention”

“The property was nice but the fitness center was bad. Needs to be addressed! The breakfast was okay as far as selections but was a near miss. The attendant Richard was great but didn't have much to work with. Just a little more variety could have made it excellent!”

“The room clearly needed repairs to the door that hadn't been done. It gave the room a cheap, poorly managed vibe. In addition, the front desk personnel was not very helpful and could have cared less. I know I'm not the only traveler to mentioned the sealing was ripped halfway off the door and just dangling on the floor. You could actually see the exterior hallway as a result. This is a sign of poor maintenance and upkeep, and inattentive customer service.
I will not be staying at another...

“I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”

“The room was SOOO comfortable. Beds were dreamy soft and it was very quiet. My husband really liked it and he enjoyed the pool. I did not use the pool.
Only fault I found was some of the furniture - like the occasional tables - are a little worn. But the awesome early morning desk staff more than made up for it.”

“I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.”
